Mezzanine flooring can create additional floors of space for a variety of different uses such including storage or extra office space. Mezzanine floors are a very quick and cost effective way to create new space without the expense and inconvenience of relocation.
A steel structural mezzanine floor utilises the overhead space in existing premises with the minimum of disruption.Standard mezzanine system consists of profiled steel deck, mezzanine joists, built-up beams and intermediate support columns. Built-up beams span in lateral directions and mezzanine joists in longitudinal directions bolted to the top flange of beams. A concrete slab is cast on the steel deck as a finished surface.
Crane System

Turbo Ventilators
Turbo ventilators are round metal vents with fins in them. Even just a little bit of wind can be just enough for the turbo ventilator to rotate. The faster the wind, the faster the turbine will rotate and exhaust the heat, smoke, fumes, humidity, etc.
Ridge Ventilators
A ridge vent is a type of vent installed at the peak of a sloped roof which allows warm, humid air to escape a building’s attic. This is a gravity-type ventilator which is provided with a bird screen and mechanical controlled damper.
Fasteners
Fasteners are of self-drilling screws made of steel wire and EPDM bonded washers.
